Privacy
How we use the details you send us.
Short and simple
When you ask for a quote, we use your name, contact details and address only to reply, visit your property and prepare your quote. We never sell or share them.
We keep your details while we're working together and for tax records afterwards. Ask us any time to see, change or delete them, by phone or email.
Visits to this website
We count visits to see which pages are useful and how people find us. We don't use cookies for this, and we don't keep your IP address. Each visit is linked to an anonymous code made from your device and internet connection, which changes every month.
If you send us a message or place an order, we can see the pages you looked at beforehand on that device, which helps us improve the site. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.
